THIS IS WITH REFERENCE TO NOKIA BSC3i.
ZEEI:BCF;
ADMN STATE OP STATE
WHAT IS THE DIFFERNCE BETWEEN ABOVE STATES.
In case the status of OMU for the ultrasite is OMU-BL:
ZEFS:….;
Shows that the BTS O&M link is out of order.In case the status of OMU for the ultrasite is OMU-WO:
ZEFS:….;
The command is successfully executed.Now if the OMU is BL that maens you cannot access the BTS from BSC. But even in the case of OMU-BL if we want to lock the BTS through the ZEFS command, the message appears that BTS O&M link is out of order. This means our command is not executed by the BSC. But if you see through ZEEI the status of all BTS/TRX is shown BL-USR. But the reverse is not true.That is you cannot unlock the BTS if OMU-BL.
The difference which i observed for the ZEFS command for case when:
OMU-BL:
ADMN STATE OP STATE
U BL-USROMU-WO:
ADMN STATE OP STATE
L BL-USRwhat is the difference between ADMN STATE and OP STATE ?

About the ZEEI:BCF command, ADM STA is the condition you can control, that is locked or unlocked and OP STATE is the answer of the equipment, example: you unlock the trx and if all is ok the OP STATE is WO, but if the TRX fails, it can be BL-TRX
