    If the TRX is in BL-RSL state it could be that the DCHANEL is BLOCKED, use ZDSB:::PCM= ET_ID; in order to see the DCHANELS and after that verify the states of the DCHANELS with ZDTI, if they are blocked activate them with ZDTC.
