Does anyone know what formulas should be used to determine number of trunks and agents are needed when using Predictive dialers?
There are no in bound calls and the predictive dialer retries within 15 minutes on busies.
I would probably go with Erlang C for agents since delay is one of the key factors and Engset for the predictive dialer’s DS0s as the number of calls will be finite and traffic will be smooth.
