Hi,
What kind of calls considered as Technically Successful Call eventough they are not answered…
Dropped/Call Forwarded ?
CDRs will be there for this kind of calls ?
Rgds
NarenGuest
Successful call—->Call Forward
call forward– CDR always
Dropped call– If the call attempt(RACH response) Fail then there will be no CDR in MSC.For all the Calls reaching MSC it should Generate CDR.

Naren had rightly pointed out,
Whatever calls MSC is able to process or make through then it is technically successful.
Say if B subscriber is busy its not a Technical problem..
hope it helps.
