One C7 Link can catter how many E1s or voice Channels
One C7 can ideally cater to 500 circuits.The utilization of c7 should be below 30% ideally and go upto 60% on worst case for proper GOS.But you should have atleast 2 c7 links for redundancy purpose.
How did you get 500 ckts? What formula did u used?

One c7 link can support maximum 4096 circuits in one link set. and we can have 128 E1 in one link set maximum. For more traffic in one direction another network indicator has to be used. In one route set we can have max 16 links (slc is 4 bit field)
CIC is 12 bit field. And it can support 4096 combinations.

Am having this much idea only that one C7 link can catter 2^12 circuits which comes to 4096 circuits. But Swaran, could u tell me that how the derivation is??? Means whats the actual way and from where this 2^12 comes……
