ASR NER PDD calculation softbased on CDR

    Dear All,

    I’m trying to find info on a company developing a software to calculat NER, ASR, PDD from switch’s CDR.
    I’ve been told about a software called Matrix or Matrics but I can’t retriev it on the web.

    Is there anyone that can help me with a URL from its favorits?

    Hi

    You probably refer to Metrica which i specially designed tool for KPI reports… and veeeery expensive.
