UXCP and Tcmon Traces

    Hi all
    Normally we need to trace calls.Now we are using UXCP traces and Tcmon.can anybody tell me how to analyse this Decoded output Trace. We have a Lucent 5Ess.

    Hi Sameer,

    The decoders of UXCP & TCMON are not given by Lucent to any opeartor . They have the decoder on the Lucent site , access to which is only to the Lucent employees .They just put the output of the trace into that & get the output. However for UXCP decoder try to get in touch with somebody from Reliance Infocomm as they have developed a decoder for that

    I am working for reliance only.Wehave some tools.I just want to know are there any global tools.
    Like every Vendor is using these traces.So there must be some common things/Tools for tracing calls or links.

    Hi Dear,

    There cannot be any Global decoders as such for any messages , ISUP or IS-41 etc . Because every Vendor as its own Software parameters for the Signaling functionality . Hence every Vendor needs to have their own decoder .
