Inter BCS H.O vs Intra BSC H.O

    hi guys,

    CAn anyone explained what will be affected in inter BSC HO compared to Intra BSC HO.

    From what oi know it will take longer time to havbe an inter BSC handover compared to a intra HO…

    What really takes place..
    And what must we take note to optimized the network..

    Intra is BSC controlled. Inter is MSC controlled. There is a lot diferences for example you don’t have load information if the cell belong to another BSC.
