hi friends,
What is the ideal Hand over margin for GSM Networks? Does it differ from 1800 to 900?If yes, by how much…..
Thanks in advance,

Hi,
From macro to macro the recomended values are 6dB. This means that the oscilation for the ping-pong handovers should be 12 dB which is rare. No difference for 900/1800 as long as I know.
