3rd March 2009 at 11:53 #43091PanGuestDear, Debasis Chanda!
1)You should create standard DEST (CR DEST).3rd March 2009 at 11:57 #43092PanGuest2)Then you should create TMR for that DEST:
ENTR DESTCNTL.3rd March 2009 at 12:03 #43093PanGuestDEST=//new dest value or one already exists//,
3rd March 2009 at 12:06 #43094PanGuestFinally:)
Dear, Debasis Chanda!
1)You should create standart DEST (CR DEST).
2)Then you should create TMR for that DEST:
ENTRDESTCNTL:
DEST=//new dest value or one already exists//,
TMRIPI=//transmission medium requirement and ISUP Preference indicator from incoming IAM message//,
TIRDEST=//DEST created earlier (CR DEST)//;
YOU may enter multiple such commands with different TMRIPI and TIRDEST.
3)Then you should create code point CR CPT with parameter DEST=//DEST from ENTRDESTCNTRL command//.
After that any call on code point from CR CPT is assigned with particular TIRDEST depending of transmission medium requirement parameter and ISUP Preference indicator parameter of incoming ISUP message IAM.5th March 2009 at 03:03 #43095debasis chandaGuestHey pan!!
Thank you very much. It was helpful. I was working in a interop between veraz and EWSD switch, the PRI won’t just come up. I get physical level generate alarm as the release cause for the EST messages. None of my PRI link is coming up. Can you give me some lead in this??
Thanks
5th March 2009 at 10:31 #43096PanGuestHello, debasis chanda!
I don’t know what is the EST message. From your post I don’t understand what is the nature of your alarm. Is it physical layer failure? Or LAPD (level 2)? Release and release cause are notions of level 3.6th March 2009 at 08:18 #43097ali dambattaGuesti have a problem in analysing a trace on EWSD switch can anyone give me the easiest method,or equipment that can analyse the trace for me
