can anybody tell what is exactly call_drop_end_user_rate (Alcatel) and why isn’t included in total call_drop_rate. In other words, why is it useful?

Call Drop End User Rate is actually counting the drops only after the CONNECTING message. The “Call Drop Rate” is counting the drops as soon as the TCH is seized.
end user cdr = drop after ringing only
cdr = drop during ringing and after ringing
