Can anyone provide some document related to the usage of x25 protocol in Ericsson routers or switches?

IOG uses MTP/X25.
PADS are used to package and route data using X3/X25/X29 (X75 for international data transfer). This was many years ago. Frame Relay (ISDN) can also be used.
Transfer of files using (S)FTP (TCP/IP) is now the way forward.
