UMTS KPI

    Hi All

    Thus anyone here has been roll out UMTS(3G)?. If yes, i supposed GOS and QOS for KPI has been set. So, appreaciate if you can share with us the parameter,index, and target used to achive the good network quality. Possible if the KPI for the Core network either CS or PS, but if you can give and provide the WCDMA KPI, is very helpful.

    KPI parameters of 3G are following
    1.RRC setup attempt
    2.RRC failure and drop
    3.RAB CS voice failure and drop
    4.RAB data failure and drop
    5.HSDPA RL failures and drops
    6.SHo, ISHO and IFHO failures
    7.EDCH estab failre rate and EDCH abnormal release rate

    Hi All,

    Can anyone please guide me about one particular scenario, where all the RRC states( Idle, CellFfACH, Cell DCH, URA PCH, CELL PCH) comes into effect stepwise (in any random order)
