Switch planning

Hello all,
I have a doubt in the connection of the 2 offices.

For example,
Switch A –> switch B
\
\
Switch C

If the way is blocked between the switch A and switch B the signal can follow the path of switch
A–> B –>C. I heard that this facility is there in siemens switch.if anybody is working on siemens switch please let me know.
