    I want to analyse the characteristics of trafic generated by Internet dial up access through PSTN in the presence of flat rate from 6 pm to 8 am.

    Are arrivals possionians?

    Is exponential holding time?

    Then, Is Erlang B a valid model for this traffic?.

    If yes, is Erlang B a general model independent about arrivals and holidng time distributions

    I am a traffic engineer I can use erl-b for calcolating internet traffic but you have to use gos % 5 answer is secret in here

    Please explain your method in fuller detail.

    I am also a Traffic Engineer and find Internet traffic to be hard to analyze.
