We have implemented it in the network. earlier, an improvement in throughput & data volume was observed on the pilot BSCs, however once the feature was rolled out across the network, there isn’t any significant improvement in either of the above mentioned indicators. Infact, the throughput for EDGE seems to be coming down (though by small fractions) .. we are still investigating if this is due to general network behavior or something wrong with the feature itself..Kindly share ur results if it is already implemented at ur side.
