We did change the bearer capcity and also divided the 4E1 into two seprate groups just to eliminate the doubt that AXE-10 may have some default value on PBX.
Done all that we still stuck on 100 active calls constraint. HWM is not going above 100. We are reciving huge 2F codes from switch.
