I can be of assistance. You looking to supply customers with an edge device like a VoP phone then charge them a flat rate or per minute service on a VoIP network using Cisco and/or other compatible manufacturers/carriers?
You want to do strictly domestic calls, or both international and domestic? Do you have a 214 license?
