Introduction to CC-Excel

CC-Excel is an add-in that introduces nine new functions into Microsoft Excel that you can embed into your workbooks. They can be used for estimating the number of agents required in an inbound call centre and for analysing the performance of a call centre. CC-Excel also installs a workbook on your computer that includes calculators that demonstrate each of the function and an Excel version of Ansapoint, our call centre analyser for Windows.
