Erlang C functions

There are two Erlang C functions included with Erlang for Excel:


Used to estimate how many call center agents are required in an hour to meet service level targets.


Used to estimate how many calls a call center can handle with a given number of agents.



Analytical intervals


These functions assume that call volumes entered and returned relate to a one hour period. Different analytical intervals can also be used (for example: 15 minutes and 30 minutes).
