Manually entering call volumes

Print this Topic Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

Incoming call volumes are entered either on an hourly or half-hourly or quarter-hourly basis, depending upon how the project was created. They are entered using the Daily Calls Table, which is displayed in the right pane of the Ansapoint Window under the Daily Calls tab. Each row of the table represent one time interval (15, 30 or 60 minutes) of the current day.

The table has eight columns. Call volumes are entered into the second column, which is coloured yellow, and is labelled Calls. To enter a value, click the mouse on the yellow cell and enter the number of calls received at your call centre during the day's first time interval. Press the Return key to complete the entry. If Auto analysis is enabled, the results will be displayed in the table as soon as the Return key is pressed.

After pressing the Return key, a new time interval will be created and you can enter the call volume for that time interval. When you have finished entering call volumes, press the Escape key.
