CE congestion in Huawei

    Hello Experts,
    I am working on Huawei 3G equipment where i have been observed that the CE congestion is occurring while CE utilization is 70%, Which means we still have 30% CE resources than why CE congestion popup?

    Hi Mirza,

    There is probably a load control that is activated that helps to protect the integrity and the performance of the node. For some other vendors I have configured a threshold that blocks new signalling requests for node resources.

    Note that the remaining 30% will be used for background node processes, MML, etc..
