how to i write a good proposal for my msc in telecom
Just read your request. Do your mean a RFI / RFQ / RFP for a MSC/VLR/MSS or a MSc Qualification?
If it is for a MSc in Telecommunication then a good topic is Big-Data (Hadoop / Cloud).
If you are looking at a MSC/VLR offer then you should look at either a Softswitch approach or using 4G with a PGw and MME / UDC.
