Lately, we’ve been experiencing a lot of IRAT handover failures and majority of them are made by Samsung Galaxy S3 users. For example, one user with that phone has 1000 unsuccessful handovers for a day.
Did anyone had similar experience? Is there a general problem with this Samsung’s model? I’ve read that it could be caused by inconsistent encryption algorithm?
The failure is occurring in which vendor?
Vendor is Ericsson.
