We are facing an issue regarding silent occurs during calls. The problem is when you are calling, after some minutes customers are facing one-way or 2 way silent calls. Then after some seconds they can ear each other again. Sometimes it’s dropped.
We are using ZTE equipements and it’s difficult for us to measure this through KPIs.
We have 2G and 3G network.
Could you help to identify from where the problem could be ?
