    Me too i have the same equestion
    I have read some refrence about RTP utilzation (%)?? And threshold value is 100 ?
    What do you think ?

    GboIP and AoIP utilisation as IP service is concerned we need to monitor switch ports utilization. (carried throughput vs configured throughput).

    And monitor Packet loss and jitter on the link carrying services
