During drive it is seen rx qual full is better than rx qual sub by 2 to 3%.
equipment is huawei.
How to improve the value of rx qual sub.hi skms,
are you using AMR ? which codecs ?
improving only the rxqual full and NOT the rxqual SUB will be difficult 😀 Basically, you just want to improve the overall RXQUAL.
Work on your frequency planning, and on your downtilts: it is very efficient to tilt more the sectors which overshoot too far.regards
