calculation of half rate TCH allocation

hello,

I have a question about half rate channel allocation.

In NOKIA we have three types of TS configuration possible: TCHF, TCH and TCHH and suppose we want to activate 2 half rate trx-s in a cell, but one trx will be configured as TCHD and the other as TCHH.

The question is:

– do we take in account the number of TS configured as TCHH, in the calculation of half rate TCH allocation?
