dear all,
There are couple of sites which are having very low traffic but there is still tch congestion. Can anyone help
me on this?hv u chkd ur tch timeslots…whether all are working fine or not.
If they are working fine then please check for gprs/edge traffic also…if may be possible that the cell has high data traffic.
I have not configured any packet channel.
check tch availability
– what is the TCH Erlang at busy hour ?
– how many TCH timeslots are configured in this cell ?try to find what is the max number of used TCH during this hour.
Without knowing which vendor you’re working with, it’s difficult to give precise answer.
