Invalid SIM Card

    In our GSM HUAWEI network we encountered a problem in one town, some of the customers’ SIM card is showing “INVALID SIM CARD”
    when they switch off and then switch ON the SIM is ok, the number of subscribers experiencing this is increasing. and we have not made any recent configuration or upgrade or anything.
    that town has sometimes transmission problem as before but this issue is new to us.
    Please guys which side of the network do you think the problem lies. NSS? IN? BSS? >>>

    Hi,

    Are you sure they are coming to connect to your network?
    Is the issue will reoccur for sub who restart his for one time?

    Please clarify the issue to find possible reasons.
