High droppped call rate

    Hello, everyone
    I need an explanation as to why a rural site with low traffic has a high dropped call rate(TNDROP) leaving out the obvious factors such as hardware faults and interference.

    There are so many factors of DCR (Drop Call Rate). Leaving out the hardware faults and interference you may check the BSC/MSC parameter settings.
