Has anyone been able to try to optimize the return from GSM to UMTS by adjusting the parameter qqualmin?. By default in E// RAN is set at 12db of EcNo. But this seems to be a very restrictive value in networks with high pilot Pollution. Someone would have a different approach?
From the reading that i have found on this issues is that you should use the sRatSearch to adjust the Reselection on the quality.
