High value of TBF estab fail due to BSS

    Hi Pix,
    please give me idea what can be the reasons for GPRS_UL_TBF_estab_fail_BSS in Alcatel GPRS systems?
    We tried to reinit. GPRS service and restart the GPU boards but the high value of this still exist.

    i remember something about UL Power Control. Is it disabled ? If not, then try to disable it (ALPHA = 0, GAMMA_TNX=0)

    Otherwise I’m afraid I don’t have any other solution.
