    Dear fellows, can anyone technically give some points that why “there is difference between the RxLevel of MS in Dedicated mode and Idle mode in TEMS?”

    other possibilities :
    – trx unbalance
    – concentric cells (outer zone vs inner zone)
    – swap feeders
