Classmark change

    When at all MS sending classmark change to the N/W. I want to know place where it is exactly sending classmark information to the N/W. I mean, when switc on the MS before camping or after camping..???

    hi,
    it is sent during the SDCCH phase, which occurs during Location Update, Call Setup, SMS (etc.) procedures.
    I’m not sure if the MS has to send it in every case, by default i’d say yes.

    I think it is sending the classmark information with RR_EST_REQ(cause: Location update or MO or MT call). Am I right.? Is there any time it is sending CLASSMARK CHANGE message itself only.? When “control early classmark sennding” option really need?
