Nokia X1, C1 Network Busy Issue

    Hi All,

    I am facing below issue for Nokia X1, C1 models in my network:

    1.) A calls B and then B moves to another cell and A disconnect the call. Afterwards A is not able to make or receive the call, getting Assignment Failure at MSC & Assignment failure at BSC with RR Cause: Conditional Information Element Error.
    Later if switch off & switch on the handset then there is no problem.

    Pls revert if anyone facing the same issue in there network or any idea about it.

    Call Handover freq was not proper kindly confirm with RF engineer parameter with BSC
