Assignment Failure after Assign Complete

Hi,

Have you ever seen in DT logs that the Assignment Failure was sent just after Assignment Complete during intra-cell HO?

Why the intra-cell HO between AMR FR to AMR FR of the same TRX was triggered if RxQual was 0? May it be because of GPRS territory upgrade?

The message flow looks like that:

UL Assignment Complete
(on TSL 5, TCHD)

UL Measurement Report
UL Assignment Failure (RR cause 111 Protocol error, uspecified)
(back to TSL 1, TCHF)

UL Measurement Report
