Dear All Friend i am working with Alcatel , In alcatel Dump i am not able to understand value of parameter , for example L_RXLEV_CPT_HO= 25 or 35. So what 25 or 35 actualy represent here.

this is a parameter that controls the HO causes 14, 21 and 24 (= capture cause).
It is a very complex parameter to tune.
25 means = -110 +25 = -85dBm
35 means -75dBmif -75dBm, the capture happens only when neighbour cell is better than -75dBm.

if u change it’s value from -85dbm to -95dbm . it will increase HO succes but also increase TCH Drop.Dear Pix
