    MAIO is the starting Frequency of Hoping alogoritham.

    assume that you have 6 frequencies: 112-113-114-115-116-117.

    HSN defines what should be the sequence for frequencies while they are hopping.

    MAIO defines which frequency will be the first.If maio is 4 then hopping start with 115.
