Using a dial-up conection with a Huawei modem or nokia phone as a modem and have been connected but not open any browser (ie not expected to transmit or receive data) we see that the mobile performs a kind of broadcast every 35 seconds (the source: modem’s IP and destination 255.255.255.255: hlserver?). This lead to an unwanted upswitch from URA to fach state
Anyone know what or who ordered this transmission to the mobile and how to prevent it?
