Data link failure

    In the drive test we are getting datalink failure and then sudden handover failure or call drop.

    PLs tell what could be the reasons.

    Mak,
    yes, transmission or hardware (board) failures could cause sudden call drops.
    HO failures are probably due to something else. Check your QoS stats to investigate further.

    Always correlate your drivetests with QoS stats at the same time during the drive-tested cells.

    In the call testing we r getting data link failure….the level and quality of this is good. no call drop no handover failure ….plz tell could be the reason of data link failure

    We are getting Data Link Failure in TEMS tool during IRAT Handover when we are trying to make Voice Calls in Dual Mode from Mobile.

    But we are not getting any Call Drops,KPI deviation ,etc.,
