sharing traffic Multiband Ericsson

    Hi expert,

    I’m new in Multiband.
    Kindly need your help due to unbalance traffic Inner CIty between 900 ( UL ) than 1800 ( OL ), GSM900 ( UL ) traffic higher than GSM1800 ( OL ).

    Parameter :
    LOL : 130
    LOLHYST : 2
    FBOFFSET : 6
    SCLD : ON

    Caused unbalance traffic, intracell handover not achieve also.

    Any expert can help to solve this issue ?
