This clear code is mainly mapped from external clear code. Please check document “Mapping of External Data”

Hi,
i have checked the document “Mapping of External Data”and found
0x66/102 recvry_on_timer_expiry –> 0x0822 n_recovery_timer_expiry
i understand its a external code 66 but what to check after that..

Hi,
Now check from additional field from what PRB it comes. Start failed call observation on clear code 822 and you will get all information.

Hi,
I think u r talking about CLEAR INFO : SI7_SC FFFEH 0000H.
Mike Guest
Yes, I’m talking about it. I would trace ISUP on affected directions.
RAY Guest
Hi,
can u explain that u hv said “trace ISUP on affected directions”

Hi,
i have identified the POI and point code..can i do some modification that would reduce 822.
Mike Guest
Hi,
What is POI? Before do modification it is required to understand why CC822 is coming.
RAY Guest
Hi,
I have noticed whenever dialled nos are not reachable or switched off then 822 is coming..
its mainly happening with one opeartor nos.

HI,
AS PER TRACE ITS NOT ONLY FOR SWITCHOFF OR NOT REACHABLE SUBSCRIBER, IT ALSO COME FOR SUB.-A, AND SHOW CLEAR PART WITH -SUB-A,
