    Hi,
    we enabled A5/1,A5/2 and disabled No cipharaing in our MSC’s, and A5/1 and we faced some problem (no access,no coverage)espacially with NOKIA N70,N73,

    N70 supports both (A5/1,A5/2) algorithms, but N73 supports only A5/1. Check also whether your BSC supports A5/1 and A5/2.
