Please what could be the cause of TCH drops due to sudden loss on cells in the city centre?
There are following reasons for Sudden drops-
1.- There could be sudden loss of SS like indore coverage problem.
2.- There could be any H/W issue due to which site get fluctuated.
3.- There could be any issue on transmission link, we can check Slip, SES, UAS….. using DTQUP:Dip=all, print.
In case of sudden loss there must be downtime on the cell.hi bos,
1. user behaviour –> ms is off suddenly due to empty battery.
2. Tunnel / hot spot area where the coverage is loss suddenly
3. transmission link problem –> link down etc.please how can the bts logs(Ericsson RBS2216)be analysed.the site is recording high drops due to Sudden lost connection on one cell and a check on the RBS logs has some lines with P_mpsk_clock timeout_clock_main C:404.
Give some detail description to analyse for P_mpsk_clock timeout_clock_main C:408 which cause high tch drops and solution for the same if any.
