    I want some help to make my final year project also help me what kind of project is best(Hardware or Software) and tell me some project topics.

    First is ur interest and capability.Ifyou want to come in GSM then you can do ur project with any GSM company near your city.
    Now Wi-Max technology is deploying in Pakistan. currtenty two companies are there. Wateen and Wi-tribe. also is islamabad they are just depolying its wi-max network.
