    check synchronisation parameter yes or no. check the clock value if it is nokia systemeer

    Hi Veeru! im using Alcatel system,,..my main prob is HO between cells in the same cellsite. thanks much

    Lycan,

    Probably a clock problem : check your SUM card. In the mean time, in OMCR you can try to disable the HO SYNCHRONE feature (it’s a cell parameter, but i forgot the exact name.. something that start with HO… )

    Can’t ensure you it’s going to work, but it’s worth trying.
