PGSR and SDCCH Assigment Failure

Is there any chances of performing a paging in several MSCs at the same time on Alcatel’s GSM systems? I am asking ’cause some times we have faced problems when the mobile has been pageg while it is changing from one MSC to another so the page is lost. At the same time can you let me know what expirience have you had by adjusting the T3101 on SDCCH assigment Failures (at the moment it is set on 2 sg).
