    what does mean quantile in erlang C calculation??

    dear rissou
    the meaning of Quantile( or percentile) in erlang C means the percentage of work must be done in observation period for example 60% of 20 min which means 60 percent of work is done within 20 min.

    so in Erlang C model, the quantile means the pourcentage of success if the delay is smaller than a value defined. i am waiting for a confirmation.
