call re-establishment

    Hi all,
    I am bss optimisation engineer and working in a network that bss is Nokia and NSS is ericsson. I activated call re-establishment parameter (RE) in all cells in a nokia BSC but Network Doctor Report (ND-204) shows that call re-establishment performance is 0 actually so it does’nt work at all. can you tell me why?
